Refund policy

Due to the nature of our bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@lovettlane.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and make it right.
